Event:Winter Wonderland Cocktail Party

Description: A festive evening celebrating the Foundation's efforts to promote living and palying sun smart. Live music, a choice of delicious food and assorted beverages and live and silent auctions with unique items  make for a wonderful experience. Live auction conducted by Joe Piscopo.

Prizes will be awarded to those attending wearing the best holiday hats.

Recap: The Ray Festa Melanoma Foundation hosted a Winter Wonderland Cocktail Party at The VanVleck House and Gardens in Montclair.  It was a great night of socializing and having fun all in the spirit of raising money for a very important cause. Over $50,000 was raised  through ticket sales and auction items and the generous support of our sponsors including Continental Airlines, Merrill Lynch and Effen Vodka.  There was an abundance of delectable and elegantly presented food by The Catchy-caterer and the holiday atmosphere created by Allison Sargent Events and Louisa Amabile Testa Floral and Visual Design could have been the inspiration for a Norman Rockwell print. Joe Piscopo kept the evening alive as the Master of Ceremonies and Auctioneer and was joined by other notable celebrities including prominent golf course architect, Rees Jones, actor, Steve Schirripa, activista/cartoonista, Marisa Acocella Marchetto, and former NY Giants, Bart Oates and Brian Kelley.
